My Oracle Support Mobile

Just like everyone here in the Oracle eBS world we are sometimes requesting help from Oracle Support for issue solving and patch requests. Oracle has also a nice mobile version of Oracle Support working on the mobi platform.

You can use your mobile to update your pending SR's and quickly see your Open SR's and SR's which require your input.

Go to Oracle Mobile Support and login to give it a go and view your pending SR's with Support.
