Dataloader Library

In the past years being an Oracle E-Business Suite consultant I've built up a big library of Dataloader scripts and it's still growing as I regularly create new ones to use in my implementations.

As you may know Dataloader can be used to upload data in the E-Business Suite. It's very handy to use when you need to do mass bulk uploads in Forms.

There are 2 types of Dataloader versions available being the Classic version which can be download from free from the Dataloader website. Also the Professional version is available which is more advanced. Big difference between the two is that the Classic version runs locally while the Professional version works from the server - which will result in more stable uploads.

Nevertheless the Dataloader Classic version is stable also when you create your upload scripts correctly and you make sure the neccesary delays are included - a stable load depends highly on the client PC.

In this blog I'll add a new option for a Dataload library where you will be able to download ready to go Dataloader scripts for a wide number of Oracle EBS modules. If you want to share your own Dataloader scripts please contact me and mail your Dataloader script to include it in the Library.
